Our signature Hazelnut Praline encased in a stunning silver swan. This chocolate is Inspired by our travels to Bruges, Belgium where the pralines are infamous! The swan is the symbol of the city and can often be found meandering gracefully along the canals They are presented as a box of 6 and finished with a beautifully hand tied ribbon.
