Dulcey, Honey Caramelised Almonds, Fleur De Sel Snacking Bar


We have created something very delicious! Made using Dulcey, a smooth and creamy blond chocolate from Valrhona, the finish is smooth and creamy with a velvety and enveloping texture. We've paired this with our honey caramelised almonds and Fleur de Sel, a delicate salt harvested in the coastal village of Guérande in Brittany. A match made in heaven!

Valrhona Dulcey Chocolate, minimum cocoas solids 35% (cocoa butter, sugar, whole (milk) powder, dried skimmed (milk), whey (milk), butter (milk), emulsifier; sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Caramelised honey almonds (almonds), sugar, honey, fleur de sel.
