Chocolate Menu

Our chocolates are made in an environment that handles milk, cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley, oats), peanuts, tree nuts (pecans, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, brazil nuts), soya (lecithins), sulphites (sulphur dioxide), sesame, eggs, and mustard seeds.

While we take great care in production, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace amounts of these allergens. For specific allergens, please refer to ingredients shown in bold below. Levels of cross-contact allergens may vary.

Best Before: Chocolates are best enjoyed within 2 weeks of purchase or as per the date on your box.

 Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from strong odours, heat or light.

Milk Chocolate Truffle

 Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Fresh CREAM (MILK), Cocoa mass, Glucose, Sorbitol, Alcohol, Cocoa powder, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Natural flavouring. May contain Tree Nuts. Milk chocolate: 34% cocoa solids minimum.

Turkish Delight

Turkish delight 79% (Sugar, Water, WHEAT starch, Citric acid E330, Rose flavour, Colour: E163), Milk chocolate: (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla). May contain Tree Nuts, Sulphur Dioxide. 

Milk chocolate: 33.5% cocoa solids minimum.

White Chocolate Hazelnut Praline

White chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Emulsifier (Lecithin (SOYA)), Flavouring (Vanilla)), HAZELNUTS, Cocoa butter, Dark chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Fat-reduced cocoa powder, Emulsifier (Lecithin (SOYA))). White chocolate: 24% cocoa solids minimum.

White Chocolate Raspberry & Champagne

Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Fresh CREAM (MILK), Glucose, Freeze dried raspberry, Marc de Champagne, Raspberry puree, Sorbitol, Skimmed MILK powder, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Colouring (Beetroot), Natural flavouring.

May contain Tree Nuts. White chocolate: 30% cocoa solids minimum.

Florentine

Cocoa mass, HAZELNUT, Cocoa butter, Dextrose, Whole MILK powder, Flaked ALMONDS, Glucose syrup, Sunflower oil, BUTTER (MILK), WHEY powder (MILK), Emulsifiers (E322 (SOYA), E471), Whipped CREAM (MILK), Flavouring, Stabiliser (E407). Dark chocolate: 53% cocoa solids minimum, Milk chocolate: 32% cocoa solids minimum.

Pistachio Cream Truffle

Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Whipped CREAM (MILK), Cocoa mass, LACTOSE (MILK), WHEY powder (MILK), Flavouring, Skimmed MILK powder, Colours (E160a, E141), Emulsifier (E322 (SOYA)), Stabiliser (E407).

Rose Cream

Sugar, Dark chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Natural vanilla), Glucose syrup, Rose otto, Natural flowers, Acacia gum, Colouring (E120). May contain Sulphites, Tree Nuts, Milk, Cereals Containing Gluten. Dark chocolate: 53.8% cocoa solids minimum.

White Chocolate Truffle

Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole MILK powder, Fresh CREAM (MILK), Glucose, Sorbitol, Alcohol, Skimmed MILK powder, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), Natural flavouring.

Milk Chocolate Hazelnut

Sugar, HAZELNUT, Whole MILK powder, Cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Vegetable fats (Coconut), Dextrose, Skimmed MILK powder, Natural vanilla flavouring, Emulsifier (SOYA lecithin). Milk chocolate: 29% cocoa solids minimum.
