Chocolatiers

Our chocolatiers are the heart of The Canny Chocolate Co. They’re hands-on makers with a love of craft, detail, and flavour. From tempering and moulding to decoration and finishing, they help create the beautiful products that define our brand. If you have experience in chocolate, patisserie, or artisan food production — or you’re keen to develop those skills — we’d love to hear from you.

Chocolate Animateurs

A Chocolate Animateur is more than a workshop leader. They’re storytellers, entertainers, and educators rolled into one. They help guests temper, decorate, and taste their way through the fascinating world of chocolate — all while making sure every person leaves with a smile (and probably a little chocolate on their fingers).

We’re looking for people who:

• Love working with others and have a natural warmth with customers of all ages.
• Are confident speaking or presenting in front of a group.
• Take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work and experiences.
• Bring creativity, energy, and a touch of fun to everything they do.
