We have created something very delicious! Made using Dulcey, a smooth and creamy blond chocolate from Valrhona, the finish is smooth and creamy with a velvety and enveloping texture. We've paired this with our honey caramelised almonds and Fleur de Sel, a delicate salt harvested in the coastal village of Guérande in Brittany. A match made in heaven!
