Join us at our Chocolate Factory in South Shields for a truly immersive, indulgent and exclusive experience where we take you behind the scenes into the art of chocolate making. This magical and decadent workshop lasts around 2 hours and offers rare access to a working chocolate studio, premium ingredients, and expert chocolatier guidance.
Your experience begins with one of our luxurious hot chocolates on arrival, made using a traditional Belgian recipe from Bruges. Once settled in, we’ll begin the hands-on chocolate workshop.
During your private workshop, you’ll learn the various stages of making your own handcrafted chocolates entirely from scratch, including:
What You’ll Create
🍫 14 Handcrafted Chocolate Truffles
Roll, coat, decorate and flavour your own selection of truffles using fine couverture chocolate.
🍫 A Signature Chocolate Bar
Design, flavour, pour and finish your own bar with a variety of inclusions and toppings.
🍫 French-Style Chocolate Mendiants
Create elegant, glossy discs topped with premium inclusions — a classic French confection.
Once made, your chocolates will be beautifully packaged and ribboned, ready to take home or gift.
