This violet cream is made with a smooth, softly scented violet fondant centre, coated in a crisp shell of dark chocolate. The gentle floral notes balance beautifully with the richness of the dark chocolate, creating a distinctive but well-rounded flavour that’s sweet, aromatic, and pleasantly nostalgic.
